How quickly can you assemble my furniture?

Most jobs are completed within one visit. Small items take 30–60 minutes, medium items take 1–2 hours, and large items like PAX wardrobe systems or Murphy beds typically take 3–6 hours. We offer same-day and next-day bookings across Montreal whenever our schedule allows.

Which furniture brands do you assemble?

Accepted Answer

We assemble flat-pack and ready-to-build furniture from every major brand including IKEA, Structube, Wayfair, Amazon, Costco, EQ3, West Elm, Article, CB2, Crate & Barrel, The Brick, Leon's, and many more. If it comes in a box with instructions, we can build it.

Do you work weekends and evenings?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We're available seven days a week from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, including evenings and weekends. After-hours and overnight scheduling is available for commercial clients on request.

What if I'm missing parts or a panel is damaged?

Accepted Answer

We always inventory parts before assembly. If anything is missing or damaged, we'll let you know immediately, photograph the issue, and either complete what we can or reschedule the finishing pass at no additional labour cost once replacement parts arrive.

Do you anchor furniture to the wall?

Accepted Answer

Yes — anti-tip wall anchoring is included on any furniture that requires it (PAX wardrobes, tall dressers, bookshelves, etc.). We carry hardware for drywall, plaster, brick, and concrete walls.

Where do you provide service?

We serve the entire Greater Montreal area including downtown, Plateau, Mile End, Westmount, NDG, Outremont, Verdun, Griffintown, Old Montreal, Saint-Henri, Rosemont, Villeray, Laval, the South Shore, and the West Island.

How does pricing work?

We offer transparent flat rates per item for most assemblies, listed on our pricing page. Final pricing depends on item complexity, quantity, wall anchoring, hardware upgrades, travel distance, and scheduling. Multi-item bookings receive a discounted bundle rate.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept Interac e-Transfer, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), and cash. Commercial clients can be invoiced with NET payment terms.

Question 9

Do I need to do anything before you arrive?

Accepted Answer

Just clear the room where assembly will happen and make sure the boxes are accessible. We bring all tools, protective floor coverings, and recycling bags. We'll handle unpacking, assembly, and clean-up.

Can you handle large commercial projects?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We regularly handle full office fit-outs, Airbnb and short-term-rental turnovers, retail installs, and multi-unit residential building deliveries. Crews can scale from two to eight installers based on the project.

Do you remove packaging and boxes?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every job includes flattening, bagging, and removing all cardboard and plastic packaging on request. We recycle responsibly and leave your space cleaner than we found it.
